We loved these Kickers recipes created by Annmarie of the blog The Fit Foodie Mama so much that we had to share another one! This time, her healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana ice cream made with frozen bananas, non-dairy milk and of course, Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Kickers.
Ingredients:
3 medium bananas, sliced & frozen
2 tbsp cacao powder
1/3 cup non-dairy milk (I used Silk Unsweetened Vanilla)
2 servings Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Kickers
Crushed peanuts & cacao nibs for topping
Directions: Blend together frozen bananas, cacao powder, milk and Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Kickers powder. Transfer to a bowl and top with peanuts and cacao nibs. Enjoy! :)
